Quick and Easy Garlic Aioli
We adore this quick and easy garlic aioli. It is rich in flavour and pairs well with so many wonderful recipes. In just 5 minutes you can easily transform any meal.
In this recipe we add in a 1/4 cup of greek yogurt as a substitute for using all mayo. We love this ratio, however if you only have mayo, no problem, the sauce will still taste amazing! Or, if you’d like to switch up the recipe and use more greek yogurt than mayo, we say go for it. We’ve done half/half before and had success. If you do change it up, we’d love to hear about your results!
Want to add a bit of spice? Try adding sriracha to this recipe! Add a little or a lot – totally depending on your spice tolerance.

Garlic Aioli
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 lemon wedges, or to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add in all ingredients and mix well.
- That's it! Serve with your favourite dip-able recipes and enjoy.
